Bed safety rails are medical equipment to assist patients with keeping them in their beds and stopping the ability to fall out of bed. Manufactured from chromium plated tube the bed safety rails cotsides for hospital type metal bed is designed with 3 bar telescopic bed rail to fit a variety of bed lengths. The bed safety rails can be is designed with fitted with spring loaded buttons for easy adjustment and can be quickly installed by positioning the cross braces on the base of the bed. The cross braces are adjustable to suit single, three quarter and double sized beds. Clamps are included with cot sides but can be purchased separately in sets of 4.
