Vygon Grip-Lok is a flexible low-profile PICC and Midline catheter securement device that is designed to provide maximum patient comfort.
Grip-Lok features a unique design aimed at reducing catheter movement and migration, which can lead to thrombosis. Grip-Lok is easy to apply as well as adjust whilst wearing medical gloves, and is designed to lie flat against the patient's skin. This reduces the chance of the catheter becoming dislodged.
Grip-Lok is made of a pre-cut foam insert that ensures correct catheter positioning and securement and a velcro cover that is easy to remove and re-apply. Specialist seven day hypoallergenic adhesive holds Grip-Lok firmly in position, further reducing the risk of catheter dislodgement and migration.
