Our nationwide service and Installation teams specialise in onsite LOLER, PUWER and PAT testing across all moving, handling and pressure area care equipment.
All our employees are Dementia Friends and have been specifically trained by manufacturers to install, test and repair their equipment. This helps to realise a strong return on investment for each asset, increasing the in-life use by up to 57%.
We adhere to the strict guidelines set out by the CQC, HSE and MHRA. This ensures your organization complies with the required standards and safety to protect you, your team and the residents.
Installation & Training
From Hoists to ceiling tracks, Beds to pressure area care mattresses to slings, each piece is integral to the comfort and safety of your residents and team.
Once the equipment is set up and has passed the DHS 30-point check, we will present a certification of conformity. Full training will then be provided to help your organization learn how to use the equipment safely and effectively.
Even if you haven’t bought the equipment from DHS or Care Shop we can still offer this service to ensure your team is fully trained.
